There was such a saying "Man will conquer sky", boldness of this bold statement, I believe that in all ages there will be no one before and there will be no one! From today's perspective, this still shows speaker's great ambitions. The editor believes that in order to defeat "heaven" you must first learn to overcome your own shortcomings! It's definitely not chicken soup, editor always thinks that man's biggest natural enemy is himself. No, Louis XVI, last king of French Bourbon dynasty, was defeated by his arrogant but indecisive character, which completely ruined fate of Palace of Versailles!
The famous Palace of Versailles in France is located in romantic capital of Paris and is one of five most famous palaces in world. It has European classical beauty and is also one of favorite attractions of tourists from all over world! Its rudimentary form was hunting palace of King Louis XIII of France, destroyed by Louis XVI. The palace at that time was plundered, and so it continued until Orleans dynasty was revived. The historical imprint of Palace of Versailles is enough to shock people. The great building and palace of great classical beauty survived vicissitudes and were devastated, and their status and influence in world have endured to this day. The editor thinks it's a miracle!
It's amazing how much beauty and grandeur of Versailles has been preserved today! A walk in royal garden of palace also has a beautiful nickname - back garden of palace. The editor, a frog in a well, was very surprised, such a level of beauty seemed to be in a fairy-tale land on earth! There are European-style pavilions, neatly manicured bushes, and a man-made central garden with exquisite sculptural fountains in pool. The entire garden is symmetrical and patterns on both sides and height of trees are neatly spaced. From view of garden, it seems that there is an invisible central axis separating two sides of garden. On lawn at four corners, royal designer used a snail-shaped lawn to trim paths. The editor must think that this garden is really a royal garden, and even this pattern can make people pleasing to eye and intoxicated by it.
Leaving royal garden, we meet elegant and unique true face of Palace of Versailles. The editor only looks at it from outside, and a strong sense of classicism and elegance already "smells". It can be assumed that interior of palace is even more unique! It can be said that if editor summarizes Palace of Versailles, then it is beautiful on outside and deep inside. Inside, palace is magnificent and extravagant, with various luxurious decorations of European royalty, sculptures, marbles, large crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, etc. Even patterns on furniture are elaborate, carved from precious woods.
The Hall of Mirrors is place that surprised me most. The editor also believes that this is one of most famous places in Palace of Versailles. This place, with many lenses forming a floor-to-ceiling mirror, is most important place for king and royal family. I believe that there are few places that can match beauty of this place. The upper wall of corridor is hung with gold artistic oil paintings, and crystal candles hang from gaps in oil paintings.
There are various carefully carved patterns on large pillars next to it, running through hallway of Hall of Mirrors, as if standing there like brave knights guarding, guarding and guarding Royal Hall of Mirrors. Looking back on long river of French history, it is an important place for coronation of French king, a place where royal family enjoys joy, and a special place for signing of a peace treaty. It is easy to see that whether Palace of Versailles is a royal palace in history or a world-class museum today, its influence is extremely great.
While editor has to lament grandeur and charm of Palace of Versailles, I also feel sorry for French kings who care only about luxury and lust all day long. The great palace should be worthy of a wise king, and its main soul should be for country and people, to benefit people, and not be terribly destroyed in long river of history!
